Processing time estimates
All orders placed by Noon (CST) are processed and shipped same day when product is in stock.
Monday through Saturday, as long as USPS is open for business. This processing time can change during peak seasons (sales, and holidays) and size of order, but not by much. :)
Please allow 3-5 days for items that we don't readily stock in our Virginia warehouse, or the time spefified for made-to-order items.
Shipping rates
- $10 Flat Rate Shipping with FREE shipping over $125 for United States orders only
Orders that include Pre-Order products will ship once pre-order product is ready to ship. If you need items that are in stock to ship ASAP, please order separately.
We do ship to FPO/APO addresses (non-paint products).
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email or text confirmation, together with your tracking number.
International Shipments
We are now shipping Donly some items such transfers, stancils and few others to the following countries:

Mexico
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs
